All players must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate. Age is verified through mandatory KYC documentation before any withdrawal is processed.
All promotions carry a 5× wagering requirement on the bonus amount only. Full wagering conditions, eligible games, and expiry periods are disclosed before opt-in — no hidden clauses.
One account per player. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances forfeited. Accounts are protected via 256-bit TLS encryption and optional two-factor authentication.
Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are processed within clearly published timelines. KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing with no hidden fees.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such case, "you" refers to both you and that person, and you accept personal liability for any breach.
These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform including, but not limited to: sports betting (including football markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot games), crash games, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering in its online streaming format).
To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
m2toto reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Players who cannot substantiate their eligibility upon request will have their Account suspended pending investigation.
Each Player may hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances not derived from genuine player deposits, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date. m2toto accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by a Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify m2toto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. m2toto accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
m2toto reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without liability.
m2toto is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and reserves the right to require verification at any earlier stage in the account lifecycle. KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:
Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. The review process is completed within 24–72 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Accounts that fail KYC review will be suspended, and genuine deposit balances will be returned to the original funding source.
m2toto accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All Account Balances are held and displayed in IDR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited amount to its source. m2toto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
m2toto is not responsible for delays caused by banking system downtime, bank-side transfer limits, or e-wallet provider technical issues. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes of transfer, contact our support team via live chat with proof of transfer for manual investigation.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purpose. m2toto may file reports with relevant financial intelligence authorities if suspicious transaction patterns are detected.
Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed from 07:00 WIB on the next business day. m2toto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours. Players will be notified by email if an additional check is initiated.
m2toto does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are the Player's responsibility.
m2toto offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:
Full promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion detail page at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion page and these Terms, the specific promotion page takes precedence with respect to that promotion only.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, togel draw procedures, live casino table rules) are published separately in the relevant product help section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
m2toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate Account closure (i.e., closure not resulting from a Terms breach), m2toto will return confirmed Real Money Funds to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of wagering progress. If closure results from a confirmed Terms breach, m2toto reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where applicable, return confirmed deposits only after deducting any demonstrable losses caused by the breach.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m2toto's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereon shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m2toto does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
m2toto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (e.g., typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m2toto's operating entity is incorporated under its offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
This choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Players in Indonesia are advised that Indonesian law does not provide a domestic regulatory framework for offshore online gambling platforms, and that participation is at the Player's own legal risk and discretion.
